These terms govern access to and use of the Oddwise Creative House website (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. About this Site
The Site presents Oddwise’s capabilities, portfolio, people and contact information. It is intended as general information and does not by itself create an agency–client relationship, binding proposal, warranty or professional advice. A project begins only when the relevant parties sign or otherwise accept a separate written agreement.
2. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, code, copy, brand elements, motion, graphics, photography, films and other original materials are owned by Oddwise or used under licence. Client names, marks and campaign materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the Site and keep a reasonable personal copy for reference, but you may not reproduce, publish, modify, sell, scrape, train a model on, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the Site or its infrastructure; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; evade security measures; collect personal data; misrepresent your relationship with Oddwise; use the Site unlawfully; or use its content in a misleading, defamatory or rights-infringing context. Automated requests must not place an unreasonable load on the service.
4. Portfolio material
Projects are shown to describe creative experience and may include work delivered with clients, production partners or other collaborators. Unless expressly stated, appearance on the Site does not imply an active endorsement, current relationship or exclusive authorship of every underlying asset.
5. Messages and submissions
If you email a brief, portfolio, CV or other material, you confirm that you may lawfully share it and that it does not violate third-party rights or confidentiality duties. Sending material does not require Oddwise to review it, keep it confidential beyond an agreed obligation, return it, appoint you or enter into a project.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or display services operated by third parties, including social networks, Google Maps and YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Oddwise does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy or content.
7. Availability and disclaimer
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may update, suspend or remove any part of the Site without notice.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Oddwise will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, opportunity, profit, goodwill or data arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Site or a linked service.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version here. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; where legally permitted, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to info@oddwisecreative.com.
